Creative Visualization for Insight
Well dear readers…. I hope you are checking the comments section of my articles. Those last comments from Banjo, Agni and Rana were very enlightened. It is great to hear from you.
For those who were interested in my last class but unable to attend, I would like to give you the run down so that you can do it yourself at home.
Identifying & Clearing Our Roadblocks
This fun and creative workshop uses Guided Imagery to engage your creative mind into seeking personal insight. The imagination takes over and the logic brain is quiet. We tour through a creative journey gaining symbolic information to overcome the limiting factors in our lives. Find out what is getting in the way, what is hiding in your subconscious mind. Then you can do another Guided Journey to rewrite the programs that are blocking your life success.
Here is what you need to do to participate in this creative journey of self discovery. Read over all the instructions and then just let your imagination go and have fun:
- Get relaxed and comfortable, quietly by yourself.
- Begin with some slow deep breathing.
- Release all thoughts of the day.
- Once your mind is quieting down, begin to engage your creative mind. Let your logical, analytical brain step aside for now and just rest. Logic is not necessary for this journey.
- Now begin to imagine a white light surrounding and protecting you. Imagine yourself drifting off to another place and time, an alternate reality.
- In your imagination, create a world of peace and beauty and prepare to meet the spirit guides that will give you insight. Invite them in one at a time, feel what they feel, listen to them, talk with them and then write down everything about your experience.
- Don’t think, just write fast and write what comes to you. This should only take a minute or so for each one.
- You will meet 7 guides. Stop after each meeting, and write out what you experienced, and then re-enter your alternate reality world waiting to find the next guide.
- Here are the 7 guides you will meet, but remember they may not appear the same as they do in this reality, they are from a different place.
- Monkey
- Bear
- Swan
- Giraffe
- Peacock
- Hawk
- Wolf
When you are finished you should have plenty of information to guide your life. If you email me I will send you the key areas that each of these animals has come to specifically help you heal. Not knowing the hidden meaning behind these animals will keep logic brain from trying to alter your information. That is why I don’t give you the information before you do the journey.
Good luck, have fun and prepare to find some answers.

This was a great exercise, Tina! Thanks for sharing it. I got some very good messages.

OK so I did this, this evening and was blown away...well not quite, I'm still here. After a bit of effort the mindspirit slipped away in chakra enveloped white and settled into a different time but the same place with a huge aged maple at my back. Monkeys and Giraffes were foreign to this land although my thoughts chase that monkey around in circles sometimes.
The Raven said to me, "...look at yourself with as penetrating and understanding an eye as I have..."
The Swan said to me, "...see the beauty and grace within you as the lines of my neck, the curves of my head and black mask around my eyes..."
The Bear said to me, "...people are afraid of you. Radiate beauty and peace. They will posture and growl and roar as they are startled by you in their fear..."
The Peacock said, "...people are beautiful. Stop, look, admire and SEE their beauty..."
The Wolf came by and said, "...enjoy others as they lick your face with lolling and slobbering tongue. Feel their fur as soft as you think silk should feel. It will take away your pain with the warmth of their bodies. They may also frighten you with snarling teeth and sparkling and flaming eyes, but they have warmth, love, and softness too..."
The Hawk said, "do not get lost in the piercing eyes of others or sacrifice your friends to the rending of beak and claw. Admire their grace and power but do not get drawn into it..."
And the Frogs said, "...we sing with the melody and beauty of the land even though we reside in the slime. We have tricked you and you don't even know it. We are not what we appear. Take us with you even though we disappear and you are in a different age and time..." (they are sometimes enigmatic and often speak in riddles)
I'd be curious as to what was said to you, Jaye, if you cared to say...

Rana, your messages are quite poetic! Awesome!
My two Swans, one black, one white, told me to accept my light side and integrate it with my shadow side, to accept myself as I am, but believe in the powerful, light being that I am.
The Hawk asked me to come fly the heavens, to open to this new adventure and experience the joy of it.
The Peacock told me not to hide my beauty and to 'strut my stuff', to be true to who I really am, and to stand strong and true.
The Giraffe invited me to climb upon his back and climb his neck to see how far I have come and how close to my goal I am. He told me I can reach the heights if I climb out of my rut of disbelief, that I am beloved by many, and that I will achieve my heart's desire.
The Bear invited me to sit within his paws to draw strength and comfort, that I am not alone, and that I am strong and wise and all-powerful.
The Monkey told me I value a sense of humour and that I need to balance play with work...to stop feeling guilty about my play time.
The Wolf said..."Let this strong part of yourself out to play and test and experiment with life. You can run with the pack sometimes and be a lone wolf when you need to be. I am always here for you. I am JOY!"
I am delighted with this meditation and when I got the chakra animal guide from Tina, I was excited to see how they correlated with my messages.

Not much is happening here lately so I thought I'd add another comment or two. The Monkey and the Giraffe did not come to me the first time around, and the Giraffe has yet to (I kept nodding off in the meditaions of my heart) but the monkey was there. The monkey gave me a lesson without words and then said, "Come awake to who you really are!" as a parting phrase. He was kind but exasperated with me.
As you say, Jaye, the relationship of these animals to the chakra's throws a wonderful light on the meditation. Like the Giraffe and the "...hearts desire." ...your playful monkey... all make what you wrote much richer and I think gives deep insight into who you/we are. I'm not sure where the Frogs came from or the Raven... but I'll likely find out...
